No support to fix a major bug!

This app does a fairly good job recognizing my handwriting but I had to buy the premium version to see that. But its totally USELESS to me.

When I invoke the keyboard while in "stroke" mode, my premium version reverts to to the free version which doesnt do handwriting recognition.

The only way I can temporarily fix the problem is to reinstall 7notes prem. But when I do that all my previous notes are wiped out! This is a MAJOR bug!

I tried reporting it to their tech support but they have no email address for that. Instead I had to go to their support site using a link in the help. The help I was taken to was a different product and you have to setup an account before you can get any help.

If I were you, dont even consider getting this app, instead pay your $4.99 on something much better!
